My lovely wife and kids took the liberal hints, and I'm now the proud owner of a new MES 40BT from Sam's Club! Happy Fathers Day indeed!
I've been reading up, so I'm looking forward to breaking her in and seeing what I can do. She already pointed out that once I smoke jalapeño poppers, I'll never want to grill them again. I think she may be sold on it :)
