Hi everyone

Great website and looking forward to learning more about the art of smoking meat.

I have some experiance with smoking meat on a Char-Broil electric smoker but decided it was time to step it up a notch or two. I had been looking for some time to upgrade my smoker to a Brinkman Trailmaster Limited and do all the mods I have read about on here.

As luck would have it I came across a 2 month old Lang 36 Patio Deluxe for a good deal and jumped on it this weekend, all I can say is that is one nice smoker.

I'm sure I will have many question to ask as I learn to cook on it.
