As a Southerner living in MA, it's been a challenge to get "down home" BBQ. Taking matters into my own hands and driving to Smokerville! I'm an avid griller, and smoking is the next logical step. Bought an ECB to start with -- I'll upgrade when I can, but I want to start without too much capital outlay. Smoker has been seasoned and I'll be smoking a Boston butt (insert Red Sox joke here) this weekend. I've been actively reading the Forum and really appreciate the feedback and suggestions. Looking forward to some delicious BBQ for years to come!
