Hello my name is David and I am new to the site but have been around smokers my whole life! my dad has had me around pits cooking whole hogs for as long as I can remember but now that I am getting a little older and have more of a family life I am taking up smoking at home on my own instead of just helping him from time to time..  My smoker is a homemade smoker that my dad and I started on today and is actually being burnt out and seasoned as I type this. will provide a picture once its all finished up and looks presentable!!!  I am always open to suggestion and look forward to meeting everyone and soaking up every ones info at least what ever they are willing to share, I will also pass on ay knowledge if I can but im sure as of now it wont be much!!!!

Thanks again

David
