New smoker in Alabama

I'm new here. Just started smoking on a 30" MES. I've cooked 2_ 8 lb butts so far and with great results. I've read alot about these ele trip smokers here and have been learning a ton. Thanks to all of you.

I bought mine at Bass Pro and so far it seems to be within five degrees inside compared to the digital setting. Seems I might have gotten lucky.

I'm looking forward to more results and learning as much as I can here.

Welcome. Alot of great food gets cooked on electric smokers.

Check out amazin products, their pellet smoker works great in the MES.
