I live in greencastle, pa. I just got a smoke tuesday and i just tried it for the first time. I did something easy, pork tenderloin, and it was a hit. I might put my grill on the back burner and start smoking everything!! Love the flaver of the pellets i got.

Its a GMG Jim Bowie. Put a stainless steel lid on it and it looks great. Food looks and tastes better may i add.

I got brisket and two whole chickens im doing tomorrow. Any suggestions on the temp and how long for the best tasting?

Just tasted the 8lb brisket and the 2 whole chickens i did. Came out great. Even did some beans on it. Might have left the beans on a little too long, but they were still great. Had the whole family over and hardly any leftovers!! Even my 5 year old nephew and 10 year old niece ate a good bit of meat, that rearly happens in my house.
