New Smoker Grill

  5. yeah dan, i just bought that same smoker, i smoked some ribs yesterday and they didnt come out like i would have wanted them to. but this is my first go at it, so i just need some more experience with it.

    i used sugar and silver maple, through the whole time i smoked the ribs we used only wood and i think i may have over smoked them, they were kinda tuff. or they need something through out the process to keep the meat moist.

    i signed up for the Smoking Basics eCourse but i have not received a response yet.

    Do a search for the 3-2-1 method for ribs. With some help from the folks here you'll be turning out some great ribs.

    3-2-1 or 2-2-1 for baby backs, you will be amazed. do a search for this method, it is really easy. then you can tweak the times to your liking. good luck!
