Hello all.

I'm "new" in the sense that I am just now hoping to actually figure out what I'm doing.

I've been smoking using a Masterbuilt Pro Electric Smoker since April, and while I've done fairly well with "grilled" chicken, I've not had much success with hunks of beef cuts in long cooking, and I've ruined a few racks of ribs as well.

Hopefully I can learn (and already have) quite a bit as how to improve smoking and make some great meals for the family and impress some friends as well.

Thanks and look forward to more smoking!
