My first smoker purchase -  a  Camp Chef 18in Smoke Vault.  Finally warming up so I can give it a try.  Did purchase the book Smoking Meat to help learn the basis of using my smoker.

Welcome to you, very happy that you are here.

The book was a good thing, gives you a starting

place.

After you make something, then decide what

you might like to change about it.

To make it suit you and your family's tastes.

Mostly though enjoy it and have fun with it.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another cloudy and soggy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
