Hello fellow smokers, I'm a rookie and just getting into smoking. I'm from Nebraska and just finishing up my last semester of college so I'm on a budget, however trying to build my first smoker (thread here: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/268195/1st-smoker-build-300-gallon-reverse-flow). Excited to be a part of the forum and am looking for any guidance or help with my smoker build and anything else smoker related! The only actual cooking experience I have is on my Traeger, so I've got a lot of learning to do in the actual cooking department as well!
