Hey all,

I'm a recent smoker. Just got a Weber 18.5” Weber Smokey Mountain last week. Already smoked an 11 lbs Boston Butt

and it was killer (just took longer than expected, close to 14 hours at 225).

Today I have a 4 lbs Rump Roast in with Hickory. Removing it at IT 145 and putting in a cooler for a couple of hours stuffed

with towels. Thinking about smoking some asparagus and potatoes to go with it.

Hey Bill, Welcome to the forum. You can't go wrong with smoked veggies !!!!

I cook veggies all the time on the grill. Didn't think it would be much different on the smoker Gary.

Thanks for the welcome!
