New smoker... central Mississippi

Hey everybody, just checking in for the first time here at the site.

I am a newly minted smoker, as in yesterday was my first time to ever operate one! Ha. (pork ribs -- It went fairly good for the first time, as in it was edible!)

I own a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker 20070512 (no window) from Bass Pro.

Mostly I'm here to pick up recipes and tips on smoking from all of you who've done it for years.

Welcome aboard Mark!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
