I am new to smoking - have been at it for about 6 months. Bought the rub and sauce recipes and love them and everything I have smoked I did from Jeff's newsletters. I use a Char Griller Smokin Pro model 1224 and really enjoy it. Wondering if anyone has any advice for smoking during the winter months? Feasible or do I just put it away until spring? I don't want an electric smoker, I enjoy my time with the charcoal.
