During the long cold winter I came up with a plan to get my MES off the ground and have a work surface handy. Had some counter-top from my kitchen remodel project to use and I bought a cabinet from Menard's.

Cut the counter-top to fit the cabinet and cut the back splash off for the piece below the smoker. Even used the sink cut out from the new counter-top for the bottom of the box below the mailbox. I built a strong 2x4 frame to mount everything on and put casters on it so I can move in and out of my garage.

Has plenty of room for my supplies and even a place to put my mailbox mod. All the duct work fits behind the mailbox.

Smoking a fatty to try it out.

Turned out to be a great working height.

Looks like you have started yourself a new business, when are you taking orders and what is the price?  Great job thing looks awesome.

Thanks, took about 3 days with some help from my friends. They emptied my shop fridge too

Project starting = shop fridge full.

Project half time = wife makes beer run and cannot understand how 3 guys can drink 2 cases in a matter of hours.

Project ends = quality construction, an empty fridge, usually one of your buddies passed out somewhere around your house or garage, and at least $10.00 in returnables (if you have a deposit on bottles and cans that is).

Cart looks great! Been planning something like that for my mes 40, but it was a lot more redneck looking in my head. That cart their is some Bob Vila sh*t!!! Very nice!

The only thing I would change is spending the extra $50 for the steel cabinet. Had to re-enforce some of the hinges because the particle board was too week.
