During the long cold winter I came up with a plan to get my MES off the ground and have a work surface handy. Had some counter-top from my kitchen remodel project to use and I bought a cabinet from Menard's. Cut the counter-top to fit the cabinet and cut the back splash off for the piece below the smoker. Even used the sink cut out from the new counter-top for the bottom of the box below the mailbox. I built a strong 2x4 frame to mount everything on and put casters on it so I can move in and out of my garage. Has plenty of room for my supplies and even a place to put my mailbox mod. All the duct work fits behind the mailbox. Smoking a fatty to try it out. Turned out to be a great working height.
