New SD Smoker

Just thought I'd drop in with a quick "Hi" and a brief introduction. Just picked up my first smoker last weekend (MES 30" -- on sale from Cabela's). Looking forward to smoking all sorts of things, but I first need to finish some things on the honey-do list. The smoker was sort of an early b-day present to myself.
