New reverse flow

Hello all! Long time lurker here first time poster. I've recently acquire a 63" piece of 1/2 thick 30" diameter steel pipe. I plan on making a reverse flow smoker out of the pipe. Using feldons calculator, we came up with a cool chamber of 44" and a firebox chamber of 19". I know from reading here, some folks are against round fireboxes but for the money, it makes sense for me. Please critique my ideas and provide dimensions for the reverse flow plate inside, the opening on the opposite end and the deminsions for the fire box to chamber opening and the length and width of the chimney. I would make a square Fire Box.... Keep the Cooking Chamber 5' long..... You are going to put a lot of time and money in the rig.... square is much better.....

Okay, pardon my ignorance but why is square better than round. I have priced quarter inch and three eights inch thick steel and there's no way that I could afford half-inch steel for the firebox. And frankly, I do not want a smoker that is in the neighborhood of 7 foot long.

You will need a 10" high football opening and the RF plate needs to be 10" above the bottom of the CC. and 27.75" wide and be 6" from the end of the CC for the return air/smoke/heat flow...

No no no. Not arguing. I just definitely don't want one that big. If square is that much better, I'll just have to wait a little longer for it to be built.
A good friend is doing for free I just need to buy the metal.

???? the circle calculator ???? did you click on the bullet: When you open the "Circle Calculator" link, Click on the "bullet" to the left of Radius & Segment Height ED....

You have to run the numbers through an electronic calculator....    Your phone should have one....       manually calculate the numbers...
