New person

Hello, I just joined.  I live in Ocala, Florida, and I have been smoking for a few years.  I used the Char Griller until I darn near burned it up.  I contacted a man in Waldo, Fla who built me a smoker out of a 60 gallon propane tank, with the offset firebox, reverse flow.  Tried it for the first time this weekend and it is great.  He did an excellent job it works great easy to maintain the heat.  Looking foward to smoking a lot more in it. This site appears to be really good for people who really want to learn more.  I read everything I can and get different ideas and go with what works best for me.
