hi all, i am certainly glad i discovered this forum. i've been charcoal grilling for a long time and have smoked off and on during that peroid. i use a weber 22.5 kettle and an ecb (recently deceased). i have a burning desire for a mid-sized char griller and should have one fairly soon (used). as i work in the construction industry, i can engineer most anything so cant wait to start tinkering. there are many many great posts here and an accumulation of some tremendous ideas and fixes. haven't even gotten to the food section yet...lol. great being here thanks guys.
