Been BBQ and smoking for a long time found this site when I gave up all my bad habits and began playing with sausage. I admit to having a old Traeger and a stainless box smoker that was salvaged when the previous owner gave up on it and after a few modifications can now do a decent job just wish it would get bigger.
I have seen there is a lot of experience on this site with a wealth of information and I am looking forward to spending time around here.
