New grill being used for first time(long story). Has no timer. How would I smoke a pork tenderloin? I have no experience. Thanks for any advise.
 
smoke it till it reaches the proper internal temps of 145 and then let it rest for at least 3 minutes. According to the FDA that should be sufficient.
