Been checking out the site and newsletter for a bout a year now decided to join. I am relatively new to smoking done a little salmon here and there in a Little Chief. Experienced cook, wanting to expand my horizons and love grilling and have smoked some on my gas grill, just got a standing propane smoker this week, can't wait to get it going this weekend (hopefully if I can get away from work). Designing a large brick grill that will have an attached smokehouse. Live in the northwest (Seattle) area. Looking forward to all the advice from the experience smokies out here.
