Hi folks, just checking in to introduce myself. I'm Tim from Alabama and I am looking forward to learning some things here about grilling and smoking. Speaking of smoking I just quit and my appetite is much stronger now! I figure I will probably gain about 20 lbs which shouldn't hurt too much on my frame. Since I have this new taste for food and its Springtime I might as well learn some techniques from folks that have been paying more attention to quality than I have. Have always loved to grill but never took the time to learn how to do it right. As long as I didn't burn it it was okay to me. Want to learn how to make it the best I can since I have some time on my hands after recently retiring. Thanks in advance for any tips, advice, or recipes you are willing to share!
