Today I picked up a nice New Braunfels smoker at a garage sale. I thought it seemed solidly built, heavy enough compared to my friends smokers. Looking forward to getting a bit more serious about the smoke! I'll add some pics once I get the smoker out of the truck!

Some friends have been doing big smokes for local restaurants and events. So - I do have some local advisers. But looking forward to soaking up some info here as well. Thanks!
