I've been trying new techniques. All the BBQ rubs I've tried haven't satisfied me. I found that I really don't like paprika which is escencially a main ingredient in a lot of rubs. When cooking ribs you don't taste the rub at the end, especially if you do the 3,2,1 method. I went back to a basic rub. The following is what I've been cooking with for the last few months.
4 Tbs Kosher salt
2 Tbs course black pepper
2 Tbs lemon pepper
1 Tbs onion powder
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 tsp Accent seasoning
