New MES 40" Owner in the Bay Area of CA

Hi all, I am James, a new owner of MES 40" smoker that I just purchased from Sam's Club.

I love visiting Austin, Texas where I have a a couple friends and seeing great live music and driving up to 2+ hours trying new BBQ places.

Brisket and pork ribs are my favorite.

I hope to try out my new smoker soon and have been reading this site and learning a lot.
