I was surprised to have this come in the mail yesterday. Late father's day gift from my wife. Just adding another smoker to my lineup. Now assembled and doing the seasoning per manufacturer instructions.
Question though...how far off is the heat reading on the smoker? I put an old oven thermometer inside and it's reading about 10 degrees less than what the reading is from the smoker itself. I plan on getting a digital probe that'll read both meat and ambient heat later on.
