New MES 40 and AMNPS...what a Christmas for me!

My beautiful wife has always been very good to me, and has always supported my addiction with smokiing...of course, she does get to eat the results.  But this Christmas she has been especially good to me:  A brand new MES 40 (the Sam's model), and also, an AMNPS package number 3, which comes with a propane torch and 2 lbs. each of oak, maple, hickory and cherry pellets.  As I write this, I am seasoning the rig. 
Can't wait to get something smokin'.  I have a 13 lb. turkey thawing in the fridge, but it probably won't be completely thawed until tomorrow or the next day.  I'll probably have to make a run to town for some ribs or something to try this thing out.

Thanks guys.  My wife did indeed get a big ol' smooch of gratitude.  Got it all seasoned, tested the temps with my digital probes, and fiddled with the AMPS this afternoon.  Got some BB ribs planned for tomorrow.
