Hi, My name is Oliver Shultz (Ollie on the forums.)

I live in unincorporated Snohomish County.

Between Mill Creek and Lynnwood.

Retired Aircraft Mechanic.

Have always been a Dutch Oven cook and BBQer.

Last December I purchased a Yoder 640 pellet smoker.

Ever sense I have been Smoking and Q ing up anything I can get my hands on .

Hey Ollie, Welcome, I am new here myself. I live a little south of you east of Tacoma. I am new to smoking and have recently purchased a SMOKIN-IT-3. As I type I am smoking 2 racks of St Louis ribs. Lots of info and good advise here. Have a good smoke day
