rp RibKing,

I am new to this family of smokers and glad to be here. I was a die hard gas grill guy until a bolt of lightning struck a pig and I smelled the smoke of pork butt, ribs and so on. I have smoked some ribs and some pork butts to a very nice outcome from the tips that I received from Jeff.

nothing wrong with grilling my man, but there really is something special about sitting out on that deck with your beer for 14 hours smelling those butts you're gonna pull .

Rp Ribking, you have to be the luckiest person I know. Did you live in Colorado Springs Colorado while Tesla was doing his experiments? Wow, you have learned how to cook witha bolt of lightin. I am still not even good enough to drink a mason jar of white lightin. Please send pictures and a detailed blueprint on how to construct your electrical smoking device.
