My name is Bob and I live in Georgia. I am new to this forum and am looking forward to learning more about the world of smoking. My experience is somewhat limited. I had a Brinkman water smoker originally and have recently purchased a Masterbuilt electric smoker. So far I have prepared baby back ribs, pulled pork and a whole chicken. Today I smoked chicken thighs, brats, and country style ribs using Jeff's rub recipe and his sauce recipe. I am about to take it out and it looks and smells great. I hope to learn new methods and techniques to expand my skills.
