Names Ryan. New to smoking meat.

I have a CharGriller 3001 gas grill with a SFB.

Looking at how to seal some leaks, and how to make a charcoal box so I can use less charcoal and maintain a better heat via the minion method.

Welcome from SC, Ryan. It's good to have you on this great site. Go to the search bar and enter "charcoal basket". There is a very good tutorial on how to make a charcoal basket from expanded metal available at Lowe's or Home Depot.
