I'm from southeast PA I've done a limited amount of smoking but hope to try a lot of new and different things this year. I have a Cajon Injector gas smoker and have been slowly acccumulating the things I need to build a larger wood smoker such as a trailer tank ect. My biggest concern is regulating temperature it's hard to keep it low and my wood chunks don't last long before they quit smoking. Anyway thanks for having me in the forum

Welcome from SC. This is a great site with lots of really good folks who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading.

Good luck with your new build and keep on smokin', Joe

Welcome! If you look under "Forums" then "Smoking Supplies and equipment" then "Smoker builds" there are a lot of threads on your issue. The search function "magnifying glass" helps you zero in quick. Otherwise post pictures and descriptions in a thread in that forum and it won't be long before a subject matter expert will be available to give some troubleshoot advice. Good luck!
