    Just joined, I live in Montana and spend the majority of my free time hunting and fishing.  My smoker is a Treager. I have been making my own bacon, whole belly, for the last year but have been making sticks, jerky, brats, ribs, brisket, whole hog, for several years. I'm always looking for new recipes/ideas and or suggestions on how to improve existing recipes.
