I was born and raised in West Central Fl, I'm a U.S. Army Ranger veteran, my wonderful wife purchased the Smoke Hollow PS with the Glass Door, wow, I started off with a bang for Christmas smoking a Beef Brisket and Turkey it was good but I know it can be better.

I also smoked chicken wings for the National Championship game, I'll need more work with that, but I know how to fix it. looking forward to learning new things.
