I live in Louisiana and I am married with two kids and three grand kids. I have worked at an Oil Refinery for 35 years and will be retiring in a few more years. I love to cook outdoors, grilling and smoking. I have had many cheep disposable grills over the years and I have been smoking on a Brinkman electric smoker for the past 8 years. It is just about shot and i decided to get something I can do both on. So I bought a new Akorn grill from Home Depot and would like to learn how to cook on it.
