Hey folks,

It's nice to see a forum dedicated to our passion!!! My name is Bill, I hail from San Francisco Ca., I have been smoking and grilling for years now, but finally turned a passion into my job. I love seeing a smile on peoples faces after they bit into some BBQ...! I have a few weapons of choice, my newest is a wine barrel turned into a smoker. I have been cooking for years as a chef, and now it's time I did my own thing. I figure its my passion that makes people happy so here I go.

Welcome to the forum! I used to live in the bay area myself, its beautiful over there! Mind if I ask what establishment you cook at? I occasionally still visit family out there. We'd also love to see some of your equipment you use, id love to see the barrel smoker build!
