Hi I was told about this site from Adam and appreciate the invite. I had a stick burner and about 2 years ago switched over to a MES40, I used that every weekend until the common issue of element failure. I hope to replace my smoker with a propane smoker soon, as this was my second MES. So far your forum looks great, and seems to be filled with valuable information. I look forward to my time here. Welcome from SC, Lindsey. It's good to have you on this great site. If you would go back to your offset ways, you wouldn't have to worry about element issues or running out of propane.
