Hi everyone, my name is Lee and I live in Southern Oregon. I've lived here most of my life, but I've also lived in Califonria, Virginia, Texas, Japan & Korea. I spent 31 years in the security industry, owning and operating my own security company, I've also worked for our state as a police officer, doing traffic patrols. I enjoy cooking, and collect cookbooks and recipes. I own a natural gas Weber Genesis grill, and a Weber Genesis grill that uses bottled gas, an 18" Weber kettle BBQ Grill, a Traeger #75 pellet smoker/grill, a Camp Chef Weekender gas stove and various gas hot plates. I use a cargo trailer to transport my cooking stuff to camp out's and club functions where I enjoy cooking for friends. My wife and I both savor the taste of food and wine, we love eating out and every Thursday night we visit the same Mexican restaurant. At one time we visited every winery with a tasting room in Oregon, now there are many more wineries and we haven't been able to visit them all. I came to this forum in hopes of furthering my knowledge of smoking, and cooking in general.
