my name is Brandon and I live in Traverse City Michigan, the cherry capitol of the world! I would say that my level of bbq is amateur far from professional, just doing it as a hobby for many years. First started out on a small Brinkman electric smoker turned into charcoal since the burner did not last long. Used that for five or so years until it finally rotted out. My friends have a large pit smoker around 300 gallon reverse flow that I have used a few times and absolutely would like to build one, smaller though. Like I said I'm more of a backyard bbq'er. And yes the beer is always cold. I look forward to interacting with you all as I will be posting questions soon. thanks for having me.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and humid day in East Texas and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
