Good morning folks! My name is Justin and I'm from Athens, Texas (East Texas). I have built one small 24"x 48" offset standard flow smoker and had good results. I have been cooking for some time for family and friends and would like to start some small competitions once I build my next smoker. I will be asking for some ideas and advice later as I plan to this fall/winter start construction on a new reverse flow trailer smoker. I have a 5'6" x 30" new gas pipe that is almost 1/2' thick and plan to use that for cooking chamber (that thick I know will be challenging for doors and such but poor folks got poor ways and have to use what I have available! lol). I have enjoyed reading the forum and learned great advice for my first build here. Look forward to the next!

Good evening and welcome to the forum, neighbor to the West  from another hot day in East Texas and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Thanks Gary, looking forward to it. Hoping to get some info on my next build. Already posted first question in reverse flow build category! lol
