Just starting out on a MES elec smoker
The one I had was wood or charcoal spent to much time watching the coals to keep temp where I wanted it.
Had a stroke and can not sit and watch that long.
Hoping that the MES will do it.
Start my first batch of Rib Saturday
Working on sauce got it too HOT
