Hi guy/gals from Iowa here. I'm looking for suggestions on a cheaper NSF smoker to have in a restaurant. 3 x 3 maybe. Something I can move and smoke under the hood fan.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and nice day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Thanks Gary. I lived in Ft.Worth from 1992-97. Some of my favorite times. It's where I escaped the blandness of Minnesota food and discovered FLAVOR in cooking. My life and pallet haven't been the same since.

Now you can make flavorful food in Minnesota
