Hello everyone my name is Josh. My smoking adventures will take place in Fort Worth Texas. I am about 1 year into smoking. I traded in my surf boards when I had to relocate to Texas.

Question: has anyone ever seasoned an offset smoker with coconut oil?

I haven't and Why would you want too ?

Gary

Welcome to the site.  The best way to season your new smoker,  (After burning off any manufacturing gunk), is with chickens and butt's, and beef.
