S57martin here, and I am just getting into smoking. I'm from Holtwood, PA, US. I chose to go the safe route and bought a digital Bradley smoker. So far I have done a pork butt and turkey tenderloins and thighs. Everything has come out great and I am anxious to try some recipes that I have see posted by others. One thing I have realized already is that I need to invest in a bluetooth thermometer. Any input on such would be helpful. I was looking online and saw them ranging in price from $30 to $300. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.  The search bar at the top of the page can be your best friend.  Have a question/problem simply search for it.  You can also post a question and one of the resident experts will be along shortly.  I use a Maverick thermometer, (not Bluetooth) I don't think the Bluetooth ones are worth the money.  I also use a thermapen and that is probably my most useful thermometer as so much about smoking is getting the right internal temp.  You will also want to know the smoker temp and the Maverick does a very fine job.
