Hi I signed up as footfault

I am new to SmokingMeatForum and have enjoyed reviewing the threads.  I live in Houston, Texas.  I have been grilling for a while now on a Weber Genesis Natural grill.  Recently purchased a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 and I am a beginner in smoking and am looking forward to learning from all of you pros.

Welcome to the forum.  Always post pictures, and a description of how you cooked the food.  The forum makes a great searchable notebook for you to see what you did in the past, and how it turned out.  When you are trying something new, make good use of the search function.  Find out what worked best for others.  It will leapfrog you to great results much quicker.
