Hello

I have only just started using bbqs as I have only just moved into my own house. i have joined just to get some tips and advice on what fuel to use and whats best. I have ad a little look through the internet and I keep seeing restaurant grade charcoal is the best. Is this correct?

I looked at www.everydayessentials.co.uk and they do a few different charcoal's briquettes, lumpwood and restaurant. Can anyone please shed some light on what they use and where they get it from?

Regards

Andy
