Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening (depending on where you live).  

My name is Dave, and I'm from Pueblo, CO.  I currently smoke on a CharBroil Dual Grill (with the Firebox attachment) using Charcoal (I prefer Mr.Stubbs Briquettes).  That's fine for weekend smoking when I'm not doing anything, but I'm about go buy a MSE-30 digital to make life easier for those days I don't feel like hanging out in the backyard all day.  It also makes it easier on the wife to smoke.  Got some good advice from this forum during my research and decided I wanted to learn more, so thank you for the membership!
