Hello, my name is CJ and I am a Paramedic in Georgia. I recently bought my first smoker it is a pull behind approximately 6 1/2 long by 2 1/2 deep with a fire box on the end. I have always loved smoked food but never smoked it my self. I have always used charcoal grills ( Weber). I have used my smoker once to smoke our turkey for Thanksgiving and it turned out really good I had trouble keeping temp up though had to finish cooking in oven for 30min. I look forward to learning alot more here.
