Hi, I'm from New Jersey I just ordered the Brinkman Trailmaster limited and should be getting it soon. I have read all the info on modifying it and plan on doing so as soon as I get it in. I have been smoking ribs on a gas grill with a smoker box but always wanted a smoker so I figured that brinkman will be a good start. I just need to look up how everyone did the plates and deflector better to understand it.
