Hi all. I'm Sean. I'm just outside St Louis, MO. I'm new to smoking. I purchased a Masterbuilt offset smoker a few months ago. I have a few smokes under my belt with mixed results. I'm finding a lot of useful information in the forums. Let me say thanks in advance to anyone who can offer assistance as I have a LOT of questions. :)
